In today’s episode, we chat with Dr Peter Lovatt, a dance psychologist and author who sometimes goes by the name 'Dr Dance'! He created a Dance Psychology Lab at the University of Hertfordshire, where his studies investigated the psychological effects of movement. Peter’s academic and teaching career extends from Cambridge University to the Royal Ballet School. He even shared keynote dancing sessions on the same stage as Barack Obama and Oprah Winfrey!
We dive into his experience about not being able to read or write until he was an adult, his passion and determination to study dance and how it can be used to challenge the status quo at home and at work.

She believes in the power of surrounding yourself with smart and talented people and loves helping others achieve success for themselves and I feel passionate about helping them find the same freedom and entrepreneurial creative pursuits.
When McKenzie isn’t working, she loves eating great food, cooking, working out, traveling, and spending time with her two beautiful daughters.

Ultimately leading to the creation of Quilt, which started as a platform inspiring people to open their homes for intimate conversations and shared experiences and has evolved into this new type of social network, in response to 2020. She now lives in Los Angeles, like every other New Yorker.
